This project focused on researching and synthesizing data to create a comprehensive playbook for generative AI interfaces. The playbook outlines foundational best practices aimed at enhancing user experience and effective implementation of AI technologies. By leveraging insights from industry experts and current trends, the project aims to guide developers and organizations in designing intuitive and efficient AI systems.

A mixed-methods research study using a within-subjects design was conducted to provide HP with required data-driven insights to guide product design decisions and ensure user performance and satisfaction.
